Text Box: Reentry Program A residential reentry program for women offenders who are homeless or have a substance use disorder, which includes: Therapeutic community environment living Identification of negative behaviors through concern slips and peer interaction Assigned mentor for each participant Linkage to mental health, medical, educational, employment readiness, legal & housing services Privileges are earned through time in the program and completion of program goals Program fee is $300/month Scattered Site Program A housing program for homeless women who are ex-offenders with a substance use disorder and their children who are in transition between homelessness and transitional housing. TAPP House referrals will be certified homeless through the communities HMIS and will be coming from the emergency shelters or the streets. Basic housing location and retention support to assist residents to locate and maintain housing that will be both affordable to them once the transitional housing subsidies end and will be in a location that supports community building and self-determination goals. One-months deposit and rental subsidies expected to average 9 months per resident and no longer than 18 months in total Case management support to assess individual’s needs and develop case plans collaboratively with residents which will address income, housing stability and their unique special needs.
